One of the advantages of Internet radio, is that Broadcasters can provide “Listen Again” and “On-demand” services. On-demand services enable users to listen to programmes that they have missed. For example the BBC provide On-Demand streams for all their programmes broadcast during the previous seven days. So if you missed your daily intake of “The Archers” you can listen to it the following day. Nearly all of the BBC’s On-Demand broadcasts currently use RealAudio.
