Our products all come with their full manufacturer’s warranty.
The Warrany offered with our Internet radios is one year from the date on your invoice. You will need to return the product to us for repair or replacement. You must have a valid Returns Number, before shipping the goods. Please contact us for a Returns Number, and the address to ship the radio to, as different radios need to be returned to different locations. Please make sure you include the Returns Number with the radio when you ship it back to us, and carefully package the radio and insure it before returning it. Please note: We are unable to accept goods returned to us without a valid Returns Number.
